The bartender did the cooking on a little grill behind the bar. The flamed broiled burgers were great, well done with good flavor. The french fries were wonderful. The cook/bartender took two raw potatoes, put them into a slicer and then directly into the oil for frying. The result - a basket of fresh, skin-on fries that could have fed four people. We, of course, ate them all. The locals drifted in and were soon playing dice. There are big flat-screen TV's at every angle along with a pool table and dart boards. This is the small town atmosphere that we really like and is a perfect place to unwind after a hard day of geocaching. The food was great, the service friendly and the bill with a $3 tip was less than $20. So if you are near Osceola (geocaching or not) and looking for a good food at a good price, stop in at PY's and enjoy the fries.
